The time has come when we have to wave off some of our wonderful students.
It’s never easy saying goodbye to students as they reach the next chapter in their lives but these three in particular have really left a hole in our hearts/school.
Not only will their peers miss them deeply but we know the younger students will definitely miss seeing their friendly faces in their class each week.
Amy was with us for 4 1/2 years. You walked into our first studios at College Street with 2 friends but will definitely be leaving with a whole bunch of lifelong soulmates.
I can honestly say, Amy, you are one of the kindest students I have ever worked with in all of my teaching years ( around 30years!!) and know you will thrive wherever you go … we will miss you Amy and all of the clutter you leave around the studio!! An incredible Lamda student teacher with big boots to fill!
Scarlett, the quiet little girl who joined us just over 5 years ago when you auditioned for Joseph! It’s amazing to see how far you have come on since then. You are one of the hardest working people i know so when you move to the big smoke, just be you and you will soar! I can’t wait to see your work in future years, i know you have big things waiting for you.
Finally, Georgia, following 9 years of teaching you, there will definitely be an empty void when you go. @emildale are extremely lucky to be working with you because they will see how hungry you are and i know you will do us and yourself proud. Our ‘play bookshelf’ will be waiting for you whenever you are ‘home’, just come and fill your boots!! I know Abi will miss you in her lessons, so make sure you visit!
Girls, we all love you and will miss you deeply but it is your turn to fly the nest.
We are extremely proud of you and grateful for the time we had you at The Attic…. Go and show the world what you are made of! X
