I am delighted to be able to introduce you to Marianne Samuels, our new Accent voice coach who will be working with us once a month on various accents. These workshops are such a useful tool but will be limited in places so booking ahead will be essential. The workshops will be open to students age 10+

Marianne teaches and lectures at drama schools and universities and is a freelance voice, text and actor’s support coach for the Royal Shakespeare Company, associate lecturer at Derby University and head voice coach at Stagebox Management. As a theatre dialect coach credits include Moonlight and Magnolias (Nottingham Playhouse), Private Peaceful (Nottingham Playhouse), Boar (Nottingham Playhouse). A Christmas Carol (RSC), Acting Alone (Derby Theatre and Nottingham Playhouse), The Vagina Monologues (Newark Palace Theatre), Hundreds and Thousands (Buckle for Dust/English Touring Company), Larkrise to Candleford (Finborough Theatre) and Cotton Wool (The Royal Court). Marianne is one of the founding UK artists in EVDC, a vocal dance company. With over 12 years experience in television she has been fortunate to provide voice overs, coach presenters, business professionals and lead workshops on effective communication skills and voice care awareness.
